Cancellation Policy

To make a cancellation you must contact us as soon as possible with your name and class information. We cannot provide refunds unless we are notified with enough time to fill the vacant spot. Please email for fastest service. See details below.

Six-Week Course

• Deposit is non-refundable.
• If a student cancels up to one week or 7-days before a class begins, AA Clay Studio offers a full refund minus the deposit fee. If customer contacts us within 7-days before the start-date we do not provide any refund or reschedule.
• There will be no refunds or pro-rating options for missed classes. Enrollment fees cannot be carried into subsequent terms. A full refund, including deposit, will be given if the course is canceled by the director or other unforeseen circumstance determined by AA Clay Studio.
• AA Clay Studio will send a reminder email one week prior to the start of each 6-week course. If the minimum registration is not met, AA Clay Studio reserves the right to cancel/postpone the course or refund all payments minus down-payment.
• If cancellation is made 7-days in advance:
Customer will receive refund minus deposit.

Date Night

• A class start reminder will not be sent out. Rescheduling/refunds are not provided for missed classes.​
• Refunds are only provided if we are contacted at least 7-days before the scheduled event. If canceled within 7-days there will be no refund provided but we will make our best effort to fill the spot resulting in a refund of equal value.
• If you are using an eGift card to purchase a Date Night class: you must call us to schedule and redeem your gift card using the 16-digit number that is provided.
• We are not obligated to reschedule Date Nights at any time.
• If cancellation is made 7-days in advance:
Customer will receive full refund, no rescheduling. Customer is encouraged to register for another class in the future!

One-Hour Lessons By Appointment

• Any cancellations must be made 3-days in advance of your scheduled lesson.
• We do not reschedule or refund payments on day of scheduled lesson.
• If cancellation is made 3-days in advance:
Customer may reschedule appointment or we will provide a full refund.

Snow/Inclement Weather Cancellation

Class or Workshop
• If a class or workshop is canceled due to inclement weather students will receive an email communication to the email provided at registration with further instructions. In most cases the class or workshop will be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible customer will receive a refund to be determined by AA Clay Studio.

6-Week Course
• In the event of heavy snow or other weather incident class will be rescheduled to the following week unless announced by the instructor. Students will receive a communication to the email provided during registration with more information. If scheduling conflicts occur the class will be rescheduled for a day and time most students can attend. If you are unable to attend rescheduled session you will have the opportunity to make-up during Open Studio. Watch the local news: in most cases class will be postponed i f JCPS (Jefferson County Public Schools) are CLOSED.
