Shipping Policy
Online gallery inventory will ship within 3 business days. Regular and express shipping rates are available through UPS and the USPS at time of checkout. Our standard Shipping Rates are for shipment within the continental 48 states and Canada.
• If an item is on back-order you will be notified with an estimated delivery date.
Return Policy -Online Purchases
Artworks may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery *online purchases only.
Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned undamaged items in original packaging.
• To ensure proper credit please include a copy of your receipt. Original shipping fee is non-refundable.
• Customer agrees to use only UPS, USPS, or FedEx insured for the entire value of the shipment.
• Returns may be subject to a 15% restock fee. Please contact us to arrange a return.
Damaged Items -Online Shipments
If an item arrives damaged, please email a clear picture of the damage. We'll replace your order or issue a refund after the original item is returned. Return shipping paid by AA Clay Studio & Gallery. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details. We will respond with return shipping instructions.
